Yes, I will require small tables and stools for guets at no additionl charge. Maximum of 15 stools.

Yes, I would like to add a themed cotton candy experience to the party. Requires an electrial outlet along with an additional 15 minutes of party time and $2/child. (Excludes the Super Science Themed Party)

Set-up will occur approximately 30 minutes prior to the party. All materials and safety equipment will be provided.

I accept terms & conditions and undersand payment is due one week prior to the party date. If paymet is not recieved at such time, The STEM Lab reserves the right to cancel the party booking.
